The material would be melted down into ingots and hot pressed to the appoximate thickness. From there the inner and outer diameters would be punched out and the blank would be manually turned on the lathe. 5 axis CNC milling | drilling would complete the transformation process before polishing and stone setting.laser welding was used for repair of damaged or blemished rings and stereolithography for prototyping
