➢ Building Official/ Owners Representative for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation on all Tribally owned properties, including the largest casino in the US, Foxwoods Resort Casino / MGM Grand at Foxwoods. •Provided Regulatory/ Building Code Enforcement and Construction Oversight on over 1.5 Billion dollars (approximately 9 million sq/ ft) of construction, re-modeling and remediation projects. •Project work included casinos (retail, high rise hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, offices etc.), utility/ infrastructure projects, roads, schools, numerous single/ multi-family residences and residential housing development projects.
