- Assist the Project Manager in reviewing that all the necessary documentation and steps were followed per utility design standards and client specifications.- QA/QC on all overhead work types for a group of 7 engineers.- Formalized new method for creating preliminary designs that included mentorship on the constructability aspects of the projects for entry level engineers, construction plans symbology that were formalized as internal standards reducing the number of corrections and enabling a more effective team collaboration.- Formalized new training method in a "classroom" setting for field walk-downs, equipment identification and inspections, construction practices, reconductor design constructability, secondary electrical distribution analysis for calculating transformer size to meet customer demand, joint-use clearances and internal work-flow processes and documentation.

- Member of the Deteriorated Conductors and Storm Hardening group. Completed designs using skills and knowledge in distribution design, identifying issues, evaluating alternatives and supplying sound recommendations based on design standards and construction practices. - Designed Lateral Optimization projects in St. Petersburg and Clearwater, FL for a combined total of $2.2M. Projects involved designing new lateral layout taking into consideration the impact on residential areas. These projects included Structural analysis and Secondary Electrical Load simulations for load reliability. - Completed Field Work, which included equipment identification, pole inspections, new location placements and line routing.- Completed the design of 41 projects ranging in cost from $80,000 to $3,200,000 for a combined total of $16.8M.

Responsible for coordinating the overall operation and maintenance of teaching and research laboratories in Campus. Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to carry out engineering experiments. Participate with faculty in the execution of laboratory projects and assignments to meet teaching objectives.
