1. As lead SQE of BRT project(transition project), hold meetings to review draft drawing, explained drawing requirements to selected supplier and provided feedback to PDD. 2. Discuss metrology plan with our metrology engineers and aligned with supplier.3. Evaluated/approved SPAP samples by documents(include process flow,control plan and dimension report.) and reliability result.4. On-site audit manufacturing flow/process/inspection plan if against with approved samples. Highlight quality risk to supplier and released SCAR if needed.5. Created raw material inspection plan to incoming team,based on drawing requirements and SPAP results.6. Provide building report of new project from SQE role in each building phase (WM, DM, PPR, FPTO). 7. Released SCAR to supplier, after analysis defects from production line. Used quality tool to find out root cause with supplier and pursue corrective action and verified effectiveness.8. Monthly quality performance review meeting to ensure supplier keep stable quality output.

>> Project transfer:1. As project leader between SZ plant and home-quarter, lead SZ team contribute on project for kick off to launch. 2. Closely work with designer on DFM, advice assembly flow, connection method(glue,heat stack, welding). Evaluate BOM accuracy on BOM structure, material type, material usage. 3. Tracking DM/PPR/FPTO building, record any issue and work with designer to evaluate and final improvement. Involve Lean concept to project, make process smooth and efficient. 4. Review DM/PPR/FPTO report and track “open issue ” list to corrective.5. Participate DFMEA/PFMEA meeting and regular conference call with project team, updated project status.>> MOL Support:1. Calculated capacity of production line，analysis root cause of bottleneck to obtain line balance.2. Tracking FPY for each model, make sure it meet plant FPY matrix.3. Weekly check production line scrap rate. Analysis Top3 failure model. Feedback issue to PTS team, fixed and improved current process.4. Established 8D team, dig out root cause by quality tools. Monitor temporary and permanent action.5. Reviewed BOM and release work instruction. Training assembly process to line operators.6. Submitted ECR to optimized process.

1. Analysis earphone/ wired microphone testing system unstable issues and regular maintenance for testing equipment. 2. Analysis failed unit with acoustic knowledge, also provide solution for normal building. 3. Create and optimize Soundcheck sequence for testing.4. Setup and evaluate new headphone test system and custom support for test issues.
