Field Support Technician At Royal Dutch Shell
Current· Incident focal point technician responsible for troubleshooting and resolving tickets within defined SLAs as well as accurately prioritizing and escalating incidents to increase business uptime. · Process IMACs and Client Asset Refreshes through the installation of new or upgraded hardware as assigned via service requests.· Troubleshoot network and hardware to identify and correct malfunctions and escalate, when needed, to the appropriate entities. · Support site projects and turnarounds through installation and maintenance of assets and peripherals, as well as installation of software’s critical to project success.· Technical focal point for large complex of over 1600 users.· Escort third party vendors on-site to perform preventative maintenance, repair, and project deployments.
