Worked July 2017 to January 2018 as a contractor for partner BWXT evaluating training for managers, ConOps and continuous improvement programs, and developing a new organization structure. Selected as Division Leader for new Actinide Material Power & Processing operations in PF-4 working on NASA and work for others programs with Plutonium manufacturing. Working until Contract change when selected as COO.

Asked to start up the DUF6 conversion plant in Paducah, KY following a contractor-induced shutdown. Revamped all procedures and safety practices, completed a first-ever robotic inspection of HF tanks successfully, and completed all readiness requirements and assessments necessary to re-start two production lines. earned highest performance from EM in the length of the contract. Contract transition occurred in February 2017.

Subcontractor and strategic partner with Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation (BMPC) to handle all types of remediation for BMPC at the Bettis Atomic Power Lab. We achieve excellence in decommissioning and demolition at the lab, while maintain the strict requirements of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, Bettis' customer and our regulator.
