Dan represents developers, purchasers, sellers, investors, tenants and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions. He has handled the acquisition, financing and leasing as well as investments in most types of commercial and residential real estate. In addition, Dan serves as outside general counsel to a number of emerging and mid-market companies. In this role, drawing on the experience of other lawyers in the firm, he counsels these companies on such matters as capitalization, employee retention, dispute resolution and the transfer, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. In counseling clients, Dan draws on his corporate, community, law firm and athletic management and leadership background. He is a practical, strategic thinker and team builder whose advice is results-oriented.
