- Successfully completed capital raise of 545 MSEK (ca 65 MUSD) to local and international specialist investors - Prepared the company and completed uplisting from NASDAQ First North to NASDAQ Stockholm MidCap on schedule and in an efficient manner. - Involved in financing and strategy discussions with investors and potential partners together with the CEO.- Responsible for Investor Relations towards investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in support of the CEO.- Manage and lead processes for financial statements, internal financial reporting including budgeting and forecasting. - Reported to the company’s Board of Directors with respect to financial reporting and related matters.

- Responsible for the daily operations and business development of the Swedish online brokerage business in cooperation with key stakeholders. - Lead the team of business developers, brokers and customer support units through a transformation of the business to meet the needs of our customers and the banks strategic goals.

- Responsible for the operational distribution and related client legal reporting for Nordea Funds and external funds which Nordea distributes in Finland, Sweden, Poland and Norway.- Lead three main units through organisational and operational changes while creating effective high performing teams.

- Responsible for leading a team while creating a lean organisation for handling the financial reporting and regulatory requirements for the fund company’s Swedish registered funds.

- Responsible for executing the project to transfer all assets managed by the investment manager (ca 100 BEUR) in funds and investment accounts between vendors including all integration and operational changes to the Nordic investment management organisations as well as SLA and negotiations with the third party service provider.- Successfully completed a centralisation project that increased efficiency and created Nordic competence centres in the asset management organisation.- Directed the operational setup and managed relationships with external service providers supporting the investment manager’s hedge funds and reported directly to the Board of Directors of the Fund Company.

- Drive Nordic and Baltic markets sales and carry commercial responsibility within securities services for international institutional client base.- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships with client portfolio.

- Responsible for the day to day management of the company’s complex client relationships (ca 30 BUSD), particularly hedge fund managers, private equity managers, and fund of fund managers throughout Europe and the US, across multiple fund domiciles.- Ensured high quality reporting of fund accounting, fiduciary and financial reporting services to the client.- Developed client satisfaction by facilitating communication between the company’s operational areas and the client.

- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of hedge fund accounting, financial reporting and client services related to those operations.- Led a team, including recruitment, training and appraisal responsibilities.
