My career started as a personal trainer in the late 80's and 90's, which lead me to develop Health West Physiotherapy. We pioneered integrating therapy services into retail fitness centers with fantastic results for both patients and clinicians. We recognized that exercise was the primary driver to recovery from injury. This concept is widely accepted today, but I take pride in the fact that we were one of the original founders of such an idea.
