• Manual testing / Black Box (Functional, Exploratory) testing on beta and retail applications (mobile games) • Evaluate, test and troubleshoot the application in order to find creation or development flaws. • Prepare test plans, write and create different test scenarios and test cases to be implemented in the tests procedures. • Find and isolate issues found throughout the application under test. -Document and report issues in the database in order to be fixed by the Development Teams. • Communicate with the Development departments for a greater understanding of a specific issue. • Review and confirm bugs and issues already stated and marked in the Quality Assurance Database. • Filing reports regarding issues (client side / server side) encountered on retail versions of the application under test. -Usage of different testing tools to help the completion of every daily task received. Utilizing the Special Events (SEM), Custom Relationship Management tool and Ads tools. Also using different testing tools for the following tasks: Hits generated by the application, Gifting to the user and Social Network connectivity. • Complete structured checklists document for task reports.

-taking calls from customers that were having computer issues -providing tech support from aol software via phone guidance or remote control -finding the source of the problem and fixing it , or explaining the situations to the clients and pointing them in the right direction to have their issue fixed in a timely manner . -Good KPI
