Management of over 450 staff in an end-to-end business spanning 6 Australian offices and 3 NewZealand offices. The role involved leading and stabilising the business through a period of intense change (CEO and CIO resignations) whilst formulating and executing management restructure involving new internal executive appointments, external hire of new Chief Investment Officer and realisation of significant cost savings.

Management of over 150 operational, client service and project staff. Member of JBWere ExecutiveCommittee, Risk Committee, Commitments Committee and New Business Committee. Responsible for driving business engagement and ownership of major system and infrastructure migration project as project moved towards deployment/migration. Chair of Delivered Risk Committee responsible for accepting delivered risks from project into the business.
