I love fitness, I love businesses and everything that's related about them. What do business and fitness have in common? These are 5 things those two worlds share:1) Content creation: I'm lucky to host a Podcast, just started a YouTube Vlog and I find entertaining writing newsletters for our members. Every small business should be hyper locally famous. 2) Know your numbers: To be honest, MS Excel is my partner in crime. I keep track of the business KPI (retention, total monthly revenue, etc) and also my PR's!3) Lead by example: You can't be late at coaching your 5am class, you can't eat junk food. You can scale a workout.4) Results: Business are built under strong core values, and people must share those core values. The work ethic of an athlete is the key of their results.5) You can grow, get huge and run lean in both industries! By the way, I own two gyms: one in Mexico another one in Arizona!
