Lead strategy, business development and R&D activities for Saab Inc.'s Aerospace Systems division. Lead strategic business initiatives for a diverse portfolio that includes aeronautics, ATM, radar systems, remote towers, unmanned systems, command and control systems and other related technologies.

Provided leadership and direction for the Saab Aviation Products and Programs business segment, a 120-member organization responsible for R&D/product development activities, program management and operations supporting an extensive global customer base. Delivered on all P&L commitments for this highly diverse business unit.

Led engineering, product development, test, certification and manufacturing activities for the company, leading cross-functional teams responsible for the development, production and installation of airborne avionics sensors and communications systems. Developed technology partnerships with customers and organizations including the FAA, NASA, NOAA, and DoD.

Developed and implemented the business unit strategy and objectives for this large business segment responsible for a diverse portfolio of computer data storage products and programs.

Provided R&D, engineering and program management support for diverse FAA aircraft research programs and initiatives.

Managed a variety of aircraft development, modification and R&D programs for both the Royal Canadian Air Force and US Air Force. Served as squadron aircraft maintenance and engineering officer with fighter, transport and trainer experience.
