After obtaining my Level 1 coaching course with Tennis Ireland, I learned the vital skills of how to be an excellent coach. I evaluated students performance to design the suitable coaching plan. I developed these coaching plans based on students age, ability and objectives. I have the ability to effectively communicate instructions to get the best out of students and motivate them through my coaching. I marketed and promoted my classes through various mediums.

Primarily, I worked in a customer service position. My role consisted of helping customers choose between the vast array of goods/services of Homestore & more. In addition, I had duties of rotating and replenishing stock, and conducting customers transactions.

For my Erasmus in 2019, I was offered by TU Dublin, the opportunity to work as an English Language Assistant in a secondary school in Antibes, Nice, France. My main role was helping students to speak the English language as much as possible, and improving their competency and confidence in English. I had quite an important task preparing students on their oral for the Baccalaureate.
