Planned, Implemented and supported the introduction of a new APQP application for Jaguar Land Rover. Developed a New model reporting system and metrics pack, based on eAPQP, to inform the JLR programme organisation on vehicle readiness going into launch.Successfully supported the introduction of Discovery Sport, managing a team of STA engineers who worked with suppliers to mature vehicle quality through the build phases, supporting robust problem solving and implementation of late change.Supported the STA Team as a Programme Launch Engineer. Challenging Critical path timing, implementing quality improvements and supporting pre production build phases for Interior and Exterior trim on Freelander and Evoque.

Led VRT projects to reduce warranty costs and managed warranty returns (Kappa/SPIRE). Analyzed supplier performance, developed performance databases, and drove supplier PPM reduction. Promoted 8D problem-solving, liaised with suppliers on corrective actions, and initiated containment plans.Conducted internal audits for TS 16949 compliance.
