Managed all aspects of the audit from the proposal process through scoping, planning execution and completion which culminated in a successful Form 10-K filing 5 days earlier than in the prior year> Executed the audit of a $4 billion leveraged buy-out (LBO) of a public food company. Transaction was one of the largest LBOs in the United States in 2011.
