• Define and manage the Company´s brands and product categories for the different business streams such as Online, Brick & Mortar and Marketplaces (optical frames, sun frames, lenses, contact glasses, solutions for contact glasses, accessories).• Create and implement the global commercial strategy of the company, enabling and driving category growth throughout the whole business (brand selection, product selection, supplier’s negotiation, pricing, marketing, promotion, discounts, P&L, special projects etc..).• Product selection and acquisition from suppliers around the world.• Create and execute Marketing Plans per product category.• Manage Product Launches as well as new creative projects to increase business and business streams.• Forecast and supply plans for all the product categories.• Inventory management (stores and distribution center).• Manage complex negotiations with strategic supplier all around the world.
