As a running coach, my job is to provide the tools that make a successful runner. My goal as a coach is to inspire my runners to push themselves beyond what they think is possible in a safe and controlled environment. Over the past few years with Chicago Endurance Sports I have also led clinics to increase my runners' knowledge in the areas such as equipment choice, nutrition, hydration, safety, and strength training.

Directly supervised five administrative support staff, managed day-to-day operations of the First Municipal and Domestic Violence courts, and provided administrative support to 15 Assistant State’s Attorneys.

The Leads Unit's 12-person team performs background checks on all arrestees in Cook County totaling over 40,000 annually. As supervisor, I am responsible for managing work load, procuring relationships between multiple law enforcement agencies, maintaining unit operations, data tracking, and training staff.This role also affords me the opportunity to manage various projects and submit proposals to increase efficiency, manage employee personnel files, and increase usage of technology.

The Felony Review Unit is the starting point of the State's Attorney's Office in criminal proceedings. As a dispatcher I was responsible for swiftly and concisely fielding phone calls from various law enforcement agencies to Assistant State's Attorneys, monitoring inventory of fleet vehicles, and maintaining meticulous records of any contact between the Office and law enforcement.

Performed background checks through the LEADS system on all individuals arrested in Cook County. Provided administrative support for Assistant State's Attorneys in the Criminal Division, Branch Courts, and Deferred Prosecutions Program. Communicated with local, state, and federal law enforcement to ensure accurate information on arrestees is current and valid.

I directly supervised 40 administrative support staff in the Felony Trial Division. Managed day-to-day operation of entire city-wide criminal division of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office consisting of over 300 Assistant State's Attorneys, 110 support staff, and 100 investigators. The Marquette University Department of Public Safety is responsible for the safety of all attending students. My job as a Safety Services Officer was to ensure that the residence halls were a safe space for students from the hours of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
