I've been a trial attorney in Massachusetts for 40 years, with a concentration in personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice and construction site injury. I have done exclusively Plaintiff's litigation since 1991. I am recognized by national trial forums, including the National Top 100 Personal Injury Plaintiff's Attorney Group and the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, one of 14 lawyers in Massachusetts with that recognition. I have extensive trial experience in state and federal courts, and have participated in national litigation, including most notably the Castano product liability claim against Big Tobacco which yielded in $8 billion in settlements. In my own practice I have obtained in excess of $40 million for injured persons in cases varying from auto accidents to wrongful death claims, and specializing in tackling cases other lawyers shy away from.
