Serve as the Director of the Business Operations within the Office of Resolution Management (ORM). Provide direction and oversight for six areas to include Data Science, Quality and Performance, Strategic Transformation, Information Technology, Policy and Compliance, and Executive Correspondence. Provide operational support for ORM’s core mission, which is to promote a discrimination-free work environment focused on serving Veterans by preventing, resolving, and processing workplace disputes in a timely and effective manner. As the Director I provide direct supervision of assigned areas in support of programs critical to the ORM’s service delivery. Designs strategies to meet the organization’s mission, strategic vision, and goals to achieve maximum potential of all employees in a fair and equitable manner through the efforts of assigned program areas; manages budget and human resources in such a manner as to ensure fulfillment of established goals and objectives, and performs complex work effecting policies and practices with regard to budget and human capital activities and analysis of trends in assigned program areas affective services of the organization.

As Supervisor of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Action Officer Team my main duties are to and manage day-to-day operations of the front office technical and logistical operations. Provide operational and functional support to the Assistant Secretary (AS) and Principle Deputy Secretary (PDAS) Chief Information Officer. Lead Action Officer Team in areas including program analysis, management consulting, strategic planning, IT architecture and infrastructure, congressional correspondence, communications, and CIO action tracking. Other duties include:- Serve as lead for providing support to the Chief of Staff (COS) to include performance monitoring and management, external reviews/concurrence approval, OIG investigations, data management, assist in interpreting policy and regulatory guidance, quality control and quality assurance - Responsible for providing program oversight, directions, coordination of all performance management projects relative to Action Officers Taskers to include submitting reports for the Monthly Performance Reports (MPR) headed by the PDAS- Served as project leader for a variety of projects involving several inter department pillars to include PD, SDE, ITRM, OIS, ASD, QPO, and VLER. All projects were highly visible to the public and key leadership to include legislative oversight committees (i.e. TIGER TEAMS), analytical studies involving program - Over 6,000 hours designing Policy and Compliance, Customer Satisfaction (Surveys), Employee Development and Training, Technology Development and Management for an organization that delivers) services through a nationwide network.- Developed new outreach tactics which broaden AO program reach and enhance impact. Assisted in developing new collaboration with areas colleges in order to introduce them to DVA as a SCEP student.
