As the Production Director at College Park Church Indianapolis, I oversee the technical aspects of all live and virtual events, including audio, video, lighting, and staging. I have been leading and managing a team of staff and volunteers since Jun 2023, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards for every production.With over 15 years of experience in the event industry, I have developed and maximized a wide range of skills, such as social networking, communication, event planning, and problem-solving. I have a Master of Science degree in Communication and Leadership from Purdue University and multiple certifications in OSHA safety and health training. I am passionate about creating memorable and impactful experiences for diverse audiences and clients, using my technical expertise and leadership abilities.I have recently joined the adjunct faculty team at Ivy Tech Community College as an instructor in the Communication disciplines.
