Role starts from the location scouting to the construction drawings.The scouting input involves assessing the quality and the potential of the opportunity which helps quantifying the outcome.The design is based on guidelines that I helped shape over the years as well as the standard furniture used. After the design phase I will liase with the architects and the implemtation team to follow through on the design until the construction drawings are signed off.

The company did go through a system building phase where a third party library was created ready for a global roll-out.My role was to take on concepts from the designers and translate these into technical drawings by briefing and managing an external party to create technical drawings ready for tender. Finally I would manage prototyping, localisations and QC to ensure a high quality finish.
