• Drive overall design decisions & lead the tactical design work associated with assigned projects• Deliver design maps, user journeys, wireframes, supporting visuals, prototypes & pixel perfect design comps.• Lead the contribution of post-purchase insights and experiences in cross-team collaboration workshops to create alignment throughout design teams in ecommerce.• Occasionally provide creative approval of work completed by others on the design team.• Strong knowledge of external processes & technologies, both standard & unique to Lowe’s, including the work processes, technologies, platforms, and services of the business & IT capabilities.

• Solve complex design problems at the product group level• Build user flows, wireframes, design comps, UI elements, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes • Understand the needs of each project and line of business• Lead the architecting & designing for Lowe's customers & associates• Partner with UX, development, product teams, internal teams, and key stakeholders• Manage visual & interactive assets, including all content within Lowe’s digital design system• Excel at information architecture, UI design, and graphic design

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for clients and internal team• Create design systems with components, fonts, colors, and branding guidelines• Run sketching sessions with design team to create functional designs• Interview end-users and run user testing sessions• Conduct user research to determine optimal functionality for applications and websites• Collaborate with established entities to digitize formerly pen-and-paper processes • Build information architecture maps and flowcharts• Work in an agile workflow, using Trello to keep track of weekly sprint progress• Lead marketing efforts: (social media, lead generation, content marketing, advertisement, SEO)

• Produce 100s of product videos• Augment over 1,000 product photos• Set up lighting and staging of products

• Mix audio files, produce intros/outros, and create various formatted content for social media• Update the AfterHours website for enhanced SEO and up-to-date content• Consult hosts and mentor new team members on vocals and audio software/ hardware• Co-host for the show

• Manage social media on Buffer• Represent student life on campus

• Provide informational, upbeat tours for 100's of families and alumni• Distribute important facts to potential new students
