Responsible for all International television and film distribution and worldwide digital distribution activities, including all aspects of program acquisitions, marketing, sales and licensing, strategic planning, divisional finance and reporting, and management. Built and managed a global program sales division with executives in London, Berlin, Barcelona, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and New York. Oversaw the integration, management, and exploitation of a 8,000 title film and television catalog. Negotiated, acquired, and financed independent television series, feature films, and TV movies for worldwide distribution. Led sales strategies for new feature films, television series, TV movies, and extensive program catalog, including "LA Complex" and "Degrassi." Spearheaded all program marketing and all divisional corporate marketing including trade advertising, sales event marketing, and corporate website. Implemented a digital distribution strategy to maximize core assets across SVOD, TVOD and AVOD channels on all available platforms. Responsible for International and Digital divisional P&Ls, generating 22% CAGR over an 8-year period.
