Responsible for overall Upstream Performance Management in terms of planning, reporting on Top Level Management, in addition responsible for OMV Petrom Upstream Project Management Office. Covering also the follow up on ERM actions set at top level management. Until April 2017 also responsible to implement Lean Initiatives, Transformation projects and Leading a team of 40 to 70 people within 8 different departments/offices.

During this time I had in coordination a team of consultants (Associates and Senior Consultants) and business representatives that ranged from 6 to more than 50 people.
