From an early age I have always had a profound interest towards aesthetic design, heritage and spatial strategies. I have a keen will to use my strong creativity skills in a way that solves complex problems and helps individuals achieve the greatest potential out of an idea. Having many basic skills such as hand-drawing, model-making, creative thinking, photography and good generalised social skills enables any idea to be easily communicated between different parties. Further advances in Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCad, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray and Illustrator compliment these basic skills and allow fully developed schemes to be communicated in a coherent manner. I show a deep enthusiasm to work on various projects, whether they are residential, commercial or industrial, that require thoughtful and innovative design whilst taking into account important factors such as sustainability, context and heritage. During my Part I placement I operated within a number of the RIBA Stages and worked on conceptual designs, feasibility reports, both planning and building regulation applications and had in-depth relationships with clients and developers. I am continuously willing to throw myself at new challenges and I would consider myself to be extremely hard-working, well-organised and a fast learning individual. Throughout my life, I have always been able to work effectively and efficiently whilst being part of a team, whether it is on the sports field or working alongside my colleagues. In addition, I am confident in using my own initiative to perform independent tasks.
