My current job is leading the NGO Proactiva, of which I am the founder and currently fulfilling the role of Executive Director. At this role I contribute with my experience in project management to promote and execute social projects for the inclusion of people with disabilities. Mainly focused on labor inclusion in companies, and promoting entrepreneurship of people with functional diversity for self-generation of income participating in the Social and Solidarity Economy, with a strong boost from large and medium-sized companies in the market.Currently retired from IBM. I worked from 1981 to 2021, 40 years performing different roles such as Systems Engineer, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Leader, Proposal and Contract Leader, and my last job as Process Transformation Leader for the Business Operations unit in the Spanish-Speaking America (SSA) region, for the transformation, standardization and simplification of business processes in the technology services business (GTS).WORK EXPERIENCE AT IBM2006 - 2021: Regional Business Process Leader of Global Technology Services (GTS) for the Spanish South America (SSA) region with Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.2004 - 2006: Regional Leader in South America of Spanish Speaking (SSA) of the Proposal Factory (proposals and contracts) for clients of Global Technology Services (GTS) sector.
