Managed 3 locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts including Seabrook (high-profile new concept pilot store), Stratham, and Chelmsford (a new concept “small footprint” store). Provided leadership, direction, training, coaching, and support to teams of up to 24 including 3 assistant store managers, 3 department leads, and 18 associates. -- Turned around 3 underperforming stores that were not hitting their potential. Surpassed the sales and profit budget with positive year-over-year growth every single year.-- Drove the Chelmsford location from approximately 140th to 1st in the entire region (280+ stores) for overall performance in just 2 years. Generated double-digit comp sales growth in the second year.-- Drove the Seabrook location to 1st in the district (14 stores) in virtually every key selling metric for 4+ years including sales vs. budget, comp sales growth, copy center sales, tech sales, and service plan sales.-- Drove Seabrook to $8.2M in total sales with double-digit increases every year for 4+ years – improved from the middle of the pack to a consistent spot in the top 3 in the district for sales volume.-- Drove the Stratham location from the bottom-tier to the top 5 in the district for overall performance, while also leading the district in several key metrics.-- Selected as 1 of only 2 stores in the entire company to pilot the initial “Best Tech” concept – a very successful program featuring an expanded tech department.
