I also provide 2nd/3rd level support for MS Exchange and other applications, as well as managing Office 365 and Microsoft 365 administration for our clients. I have successfully completed multiple projects, such as migrating a large client from on-premise Exchange to Microsoft 365, designing and implementing a new data center for a small business, and upgrading the security and backup systems for a medium-sized enterprise. I have also acquired several certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Essential Training for Administrators, Introduction to Microsoft 365 for IT Pros, and Windows 10: Administration, to enhance my skills and knowledge.
