Working with a great board of directors to preserve the institution’s philosophy and mission, and to develop programs such as Comunidades Libre de Violencia y Constructora de Paz (Promoting culture of peace accords in schools), Instituto para la Paz y el Desarrollo (an institute for peacebuilding formation), and the first Mediation and Peacebuilding career.
