With over 21 years of combined experience in the military, law enforcement, and legal fields, I am a staff investigator at one of the most successful law firms in Southeast Tennessee. I provide high-quality criminal and civil investigations, evidence analysis, and utilize interview techniques for a diverse range of clients, from capital murder defense cases to personal injury claims.I am passionate about pursuing justice and protecting the rights of the innocent. I have a proven track record of delivering results and securing favorable outcomes for my clients based on the facts of the case. I am a qualified expert witness in accident reconstruction, with personal involvement in over 1000 motor vehicle crash investigations, many of which involved fatalities or serious injuries. I am also experienced in cooperative investigations with local, state, and federal agencies, resulting in hundreds of felonious criminal convictions. In my role as a criminal defense investigator, I have worked in both retained and appointed roles. I am dedicated to the preservation of the rights set forth by the Constitution of the United States of America and Tennessee. I have been appointed as the case defense investigator in many cases, including wherein the death penalty was being sought.
