Director Of Information Technology
CurrentResponsible for overseeing and managing all computer based activities across 4 different office locations and over 250 employees. I manage a small team which handles all computer related support and electronic medical record keeping. Key job functions include: supporting and troubleshooting the technical aspect of medical billing, ensuring HIPAA compliance across all data networks and devices, and providing training and support of our computer systems to visiting nurses. Other job duties include: Ensuring the safety and security of all medical records across company networks, data recovery/disaster prevention, maintaining all company systems and software ( including clinical, billing, and payroll), troubleshooting technical issues with electronic medical billing, processing medical record audits to medicaid and medicare (TPL), and managing a support team to provide IT support to company nurses and office staff.
