Senior Project Manager - R&D & Innovation - Scrum Master - Agile Method

- Coordinate and communicate between field, designers and client. - Mainly Retail & Commercial Projects from €200K to €65M- Managing budget, planning activities & coordinating Site Manager on-site to ensure projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with engineering & architecture designs;- Perform inspection of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs/plans.- Ensure construction plans are in agreement with customer expectations and identify points at with contractual obligations will have been met.

• Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with architectural design. • Perform inspection of construction activities to ensure conformance with approved designs/plans. • Coordinate and communicate between field, designers and client. • Ensure that construction plans are in agreement with customer expectations and identify points at which contractual obligations will have been met.• Reviewed engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions.

- Assist architects in handling construction drawings.- Assist and support architect in a variety of architectural items.- Review and analyze architectural inputs that go into construction drawings and plans.- Review and modify architectural drawings and plans as desired by the architect.- Maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents and other related data in an organized manner.- Ensure completion of architectural projects on time and within the time limits.Managed third party contractors including safety oversight, environmental design specification compliance, and similar construction specifications and requirements.• Interfaced and communicated with client regarding project status and coordinated as required to resolve issues with site construction, procurement, and/or engineering.• Reviewed engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions.• Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, and equipments.
