Currently working as a Vocational Learning Advisor/ Assessor for a training provider. I work remotely managing my own caseload of 35-40 learners, where I coach and develop each learner on an individual basis. The job involves ensuring compliance with procedures and quality decisions, competency observations, assessing product evidence against set criteria and building new and existing relations with sites. I deliver a wide range of active leisure vocational qualifications, and functional skills qualifications, through delivery of teaching and learning sessions on a one to one basis. Another aspect of my job involves employer engagement days, which gives new and existing sites the chance to see the benefits of an apprenticeship.
