Manage Dematic Maintenance team supporting the distribution area maintaining conveyor systems, diverters, sorters, stretch wrappers, conventional palletizers, and robotic palletizers at Kimberly-Clark. Network connected equipment through Allen-Bradley PLC's include Hytrol, Alvey, Columbia, Siemens Dematic, Fanuc, Portec, Transnorm, Thiele, Lantech, SICK, Adaptascan, Label-Aire, New Jersey Machine, and Intelligrated. Accountabilities include managing maintenance budget of $3.9M, maximizing equipment uptime and reliability, team training, time keeping, and housekeeping.Responsible for 21 full time non-exempt Maintenance Technicians, 1 Assistant Site Manager, 2 Maintenance Planners.-Led Lean 4 Step problem solving activities for small package conveyance.-Led training for the team.

Process Engineer role providing support for complex high-speed disposable diaper and training pant manufacturing lines. Coordinate activities on trials and roll out of approved product improvement. Accountabilities include managing raw material inventory valued at over $10M, department high speed video equipment, vendor partnerships, cost reduction, process reliability, yield improvement, process centerlining, and housekeeping.-Led the implementation of process settings of new high speed flexible packaging equipment.-Led the implementation of cost saving initiative through 20% process waste reduction.-Led brand equity improvement in packaging for global market products at the facility.-Led training and Lean Kaizen activities for flexible packaging process.

Developed production schedules for the manufacture of disposable diapers while maximizing the machine efficiency and availability of product to meet customer demand. Ordered and managed raw materials to support production schedules and management of finished goods inventory with a value of over $38M.

Managing raw material valued over $6M.Analyzed the cost saving opportunities in reduction of raw material waste.
