I am responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to onboarding new hires. This is for roles of all levels and departments, from entry level sales to marketing directors, all across EMEA. I work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.Some of my key responsibilities include identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit, coordinating and scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners.
