Direct reports with clarity of status of development progress against budgets - forecasts vs actuals;-Direct communications with key business stakeholders;-Prepare and present reports for Project Control Groups, Management Committee meetings, Board Meetings and set direction for project teams;-Produce and present Development Brief (market analysis, high and best use assessment, proposed product & mix, pre-sale strategy and feasibility Master Planning) with all aspects comprehensively analysed from market information and data for acquisitions;Core Competencies-Master Panning and Single Building Design;-Promote and Inspire environments that support the encouragement creative and successful urban outcomes;-Discipline in planning, multi-tasking and monitoring;-Strong focus on profit creation and detailed management of project/s cost;-Demonstrated skills in aspects of project development responsibilities to lead, motivate and inspire the project team and promote collaboration at all levels;-Conversant with local planning processes in general and particularly the relevant mechanisms of approval;-Commercial acumen to manage project/s feasibilities;-Ensure approvals are secured in a timely and cost effective manner, including those approvals for which any external parties may have been delegated to procure;
