I coordinated the efforts of contracted field personnel, Motorola factory management, and factory test engineers to examine how ATP might be completed in the factory prior to shipping. 2000-2001 Project Manager, Motorola, Inc., Oklahoma City & Portland Infrastructure RedeploymentAfter the successful test and acceptance of the delivered IS-634 trial systems in Oklahoma City and Portland, SprintPCS decided to redeploy Motorola CBSC and BTS hardware from those markets to other growing markets. This project required that the redeployment be done without jeopardizing warranties and without degradation of commercial system performance.
