Main Responsibilities & Achievements:- Managed the Trade Finance & Corporate Loans products for the Colombian franchise, and was responsible of achieving the budget of USD $11,4M for 2013 and USD $9,4M for 2014- Executed, along my team of 2 people, important operative changes to better comply with the strategies and Budget. I was able to involve several different divisions which derived in an improvement of the disbursement times and posible excpetions to the procedures.- Increased, together with the coverage and sales teams, the average assets by 34% from February 2013 to December 2014 achieving the Budget and increasing the porfolio over a billion USD- Implemented innovative products such as loans with digital FX options, product packages with cash management, draft discounting, commodities finance and development agencies rediscount loans (Finagro and Bancoldex) allowing for an important diversification in the client base- Obtained approval from the local President via ALCO to offer programs to avoid prepayment fees to activate asset sale

Main Responsibilities:•To manage 5 Institutional Client Group (ICG) products directly. •To assist the Senior Product Manager in achieving his budget. Main Achievements:•Accomplished my budget both in 2010 and 2011 which represented approximately 4% of the local Global Transactional Services division revenues. •Assisted the Senior Product Manager with the achievement of his budget which represented around 30% of the local division revenues.•Lead a team composed by the oil and gas coverage and sales teams (13 people) in charge of selling SBLCs for the Colombian Hydrocarbon Agency oil block bidding process. Gave trainings on SBLC structures and visited clients with the team, resulting in USD millions in revenues for the division. •Conceived and implemented a new process for placing collateral loans through New York in order to support start-up companies, disbursed USD $17 million under this solution and won over important revenues for two subdivisions.•Conducted training sessions and produced special marketing material for the ICG sales force (23 people) and in some cases for clients directly in order to increase market share of critical transactional platforms, resulting in a 49% increase in the number of active clients in 2010 and 13% in 2011.•Participated in the renegotiation of Citi’s liquidity and platform management USD million contract with the Colombian FX clearing house: researched the industry, organized visits to board members with global partners, and structured 3 proposals delaying its maturity and assuring revenues until April 2011.•Organized 3 events and the respective marketing material for them in different cities for over 50 clients

Main Responibilities:Time Deposits: •To lead sales of ICG Time Deposits and control a client portfolio in seven Latin-American countries (from April 2008 to September 2008) and in Colombia (since September 2008 to September 2009).Channel Finance: •To manage the quoting and business as usual of the Channel Finance programs (since September 2008).Main Achievements:Time Deposits•Managed and controlled portfolio worth more than one billion (36% of the regional share) during the economic crisis of 2008-2009, complying with senior management liquidity requirements.Channel Finance:•Led an improvement in Customer Service and Operations response times, reducing them from two days to an immediate e-mail.•Produced a historic performance report in order to improve key product indicator follow-up.

Main Responsibilities: •To monitor the headcount in each area in order to ensure that local and regional objectives were achieved. •To process monthly bank staff changes in salary, level, area, etc. Main Achievements:•Drew up a report based on historic trends to improve the control of allowed staff, which was approved by senior management and the retail banking president.•Made an average of 360 changes per month, in compliance with supervisors' requirements.
