In this position I was working for Flint Group as a contract to hire. I was responsible for supporting Flint Groups user base with remote support for all of North America, Latin America and onsite support for the Arden NC facility. Within 2 months in this role I helped bring the ticket closers from 84% closed within the company SLA to 92%, well above the Service Level Agreement. Afterwards I was added to the Escalation team before being hired fulltime by Flint Group.
