 Blackwater Mine, Coal Handling & Preparation Plant - Design and construction of a complete Coal Handling and Preparation Plant. The project included 2 x 600T ROM Raw Coal Bins, Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Crushing. Raw coal can be stored via a circular stacker and reclaimer before being processed by the Coal Preparation Plant. Product Coal is stored by 2 linear stackers and reclaimers before being loaded into trains.I delivered significant improvement to the project controls system that enabled the group to report key performance indicators of the project including all commercial aspects to the head office and parent company in the UK.
