Nexus Brasil is a software house startup specialized in developing solutions using hybrid clouds with GCP, AWS, Azure and Oracle Cloud, delivering high performance and scalable applications with Docker and Kubernetes, aimed at the most diverse segments, such as Means of Payment, Application Development, cash management, mission critical solutions and connectivity, VPNs and a vast knowledge in the development and maintenance of M2M/IoT solutions.

The startup Lyra M2M was born from the need for new management solutions, performance indicators and data analysis of M2M/IoT connectivity for the universe of means of payment. With a name already consolidated in the network and capture market, the platform and solutions were developed using the edge JavaScript frameworks (React and Node) with MySQL and Redis (for fast telemetry acquisition) on hybrid cloud (AWS, GCP, Oracle) inside a Docker environment to meet the hungry demand of Lyra Network's portfolio companies in Latin America, Europe and India, adding new segments such as utilities, tracking, telemetry and embedded.

The startup DWR was born from the market's needs for a unified management tool that could fully combine all mobile carriers, telemetry data, indicators and business management in one centralized platform that allows analyze, maintain and support M2M/IoT solutions of any kind. The platform was built with JavaScript Frameworks (Angular and Node), running on both clouds GCP and AWS. the solution includes fully management of the devices connectivity making use of a variety of Shell Scripts (fully automated Iptables and VPNs with Openswan) and customized Docker containers that allows fast scalation and protocol deployment.

My normal day as tech lead was develop, implement and maintain all kind of connectivity and high availability application solutions, from the most straightforward with a point-to-point VPN (Cisco or Linux environment) to most complex using MPLS and multiple redundant endpoints, state of the art firewall solutions and DDoS Protection. Working side by side with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams helping drawing solutions for various sectors (Utilities, Acquirers, FinTech’s, Software Houses, Vehicle Tracking companies, Government and Law Enforcement agencies), acting as advanced troubleshooter of connectivity and applications, daily coordinating the workflow between the Project Management, Core Data, Backbone IP and Incident teams.

Responsible for integrating systems to unify bases, creating a universal structure for the use of indicators in BI. Development of ETL, DW, RPDs, DASHBOARD's and KPI's. Maintenance of Packages, Procedures, triggers, functions, and other objects in ORACLE Database (PL/SQL). Creation of Routines, Functions and Procedures, Business Intelligence management, maintenance and creation of new dashboards and indicators.

Acting in the ISO 9001:2000 team supporting the coordination of auditors and in the digital transformation process of the area, in the Repetitive Repair team developing support systems such as the One Page Report that was used in Brazil and in Germany. In the Autoservice team developing KPI's. Maintenance of Packages, Procedures, triggers, functions, and other objects in ORACLE Database (PL/SQL).

Support the demands of the Volkswagen dealership network systems (ElsaPro, VPNs, Network Portal, VAS and DMS), interact and propose new solutions in the areas of sales, post sales and marketing services, preparation of training material for the dealers together with the Volkswagen Academy team, implementation of the VW Network Portal together with the IT team.

I worked in the first response team supporting customized and Mission Critical solutions for customers in the various segments incluiding Utilities, Acquirers and Vehicle Tracking. I was Responsible for documenting and monitoring the performance of the high complexity solutions involved. During my time int the team, i have develop the system used to register and track all email and calls from customers and our interation with teams in the another company areas, this softare was made in .NET and MySQL and have ability of create a series of reports for managers, keeping the history for a long period, for the future reference. This software still being use by VIVO team today.

I started with the connectivity services team in the states of Bahia and Sergipe, during the migration of support operations from Salvador to São Paulo. I worked with corporate clients supporting the installation, configuration and use of M2M and IoT services, SMS, MMS, Data Cards, Handhelds, VPNs and specific Mobitel / Vivo connectivity software.
