As the Student Mobility Manager, I held responsiblility for making high-level contributions to ensuring that the University meets its strategic objectives and targets by making primary responsibility for leading and managing all aspects of inbound and outbound student mobility.

As the Manager, Student Mobility, I was responsible for managing the University’s mobility strategy and outcomes. This includes managing scholarships, institutional links, projects and promotional activities to meet the University’s student mobility objectives.In addition, I held responsiblility for the promotion of the University’s courses and facilities to a wide range of audiences, both onshore and offshore, contributing to the delivery of the University’s mobility strategy, responding to enquiries, taking appropriate follow-up action including consultation with other staff of the University and external organisations and agents as part of this process, and managing partner relationships and other international profiling and positioning activity.

As Marketing and Recruitment Officer (Mobility) I was responsible for undertaking all aspects of the admissions process for international students including the promotion of the University's courses and facilities to a wide range of audiences, both offshore and onshore; responding to enquiries; the assessment of applications for admission to the University's courses and appropriate follow up action including consultation with other staff of the University and external organisations and agents.I was also held responsibility for student exchange and student mobility including dealing with outgoing and incoming students on exchange and scholarships for student mobility; provision of advice and support to University staff that are involved in international student recruitment activities; student mobility, mobility scholarships and assisting with the organisation of international visitors.

As the Change and Communication Manager for the UWAeRM (UWA Electronic Research Management) project team, I was responsible for managing communication and change caused by the implementation of the system. The role required oversight of a variety of project initiatives and provide a consultancy service to key stakeholders and the University community.

This role was responsible for the development and implementation of a training program to support the InfoEd implementation, along with the creation and retention of training and project documentation.
