In my role as a Research Assistant at the University of Georgia, I undertook a comprehensive review of scholarly literature to create a detailed journal capturing insights and advancements in bioinformatics. My research was centered on the application of algorithms and graph theory, exploring their implications within bioinformatics and their potential intersections with cybersecurity.This role involved a meticulous analysis of various algorithms and their integration into bioinformatics workflows. Through this process, I gained a deep appreciation for the role of graph theory in modeling complex biological systems and its subtle influence on cybersecurity concepts. This hands-on experience has enriched my understanding of both fields, equipping me with a solid foundation in graph theory and algorithmic analysis that will support my continued studies and research endeavors in my major.
