Mill Mechanical Maintenance- Grinding Department• Monitor Rotating and stationary equipment’s such as Ball Mill size (9x15 ft., 16.5x23 ft., 16.5xx29 ft., 5.8x9.2 m.), Conveyors, Hydro cyclone, Pumps (12x10, 14x12, 22x20 & 24x22), Conveyors, Bearings, Valves, Vibrating Assembly, Pipelines and Etc.• Gather Vibration data using SKF Microlog GX and SKF CMAS 100-SL Handheld Vibration Meter• Perform Temperature monitoring and analysis using Fluke 572-2 IR Thermometer.• Performs non-destructive testing (Dye Penetrant using Spanjaard).• Performs strobe light test on rotating equipment using Fluke 820.• Submit daily and weekly reports for any unusual findings during routine and walk by inspection.• Performs inspection of ball mill liners and measure thickness condition.• Evaluates material specification supplied from the logistics before the installation for any problem defects during fabrication or delivery.• Investigate equipment breakdown to determine its root cause and prepare closure report/Presentation report including its recommendation.• Coordinate with the planner and execution team to implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions for any issues identified during routine inspections and scheduled equipment checks.• Coordinate with other departments regarding any concerns or issues identified during the inspection and operation of the equipment• Ensures that activities are being done in compliance to company policies, environmental standards and safety procedures and IMS requirements.
