Reporting to the CEO of Intergis Brasil, responsible for the logistics of the largest exporter of Ceará state (> 50% of GDP export), managing the transport 2.9 million tons / year of Slabs. Management of a team of Managers, Coordinators, Supervisors and Analysts, totaling approximately 150 people, which third parties represented over 95% up to 2019. From 2020, managing directly a team of ~95 people. In 2022, kick-off of a new project of raw material transport in dump trucks, expanding businesses of Intergis in Brazil. Altogether there were +90 projects or initiatives delivered focused on strategy development and implementation, new business unit implementation, cost reduction, increase transportation efficiency, process improvement and safety. Two-digit increase in logistics cycle efficiency, two-digit growth in vehicle occupancy, and more opportunities mapped. Leadership and implementation of the standardization of activities according to ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements. Eurogate´s representative acting as Logistics Director at Contrail Logística for the knowledge transfer process to consolidate the plan and execute the strategies for Contrail, elaborating cases and business plan that would lever company's growth, profitability and market position. With a hands-on profile, built strong relationships with customers and intermodality stakeholders in the LATAM market. Contributed for customer base growth by +40% in 2016. As the leader of the Cost Optimization Project for the intermodal solution, delivered a 63% cost reduction in rail and 30% in the overall intermodal product. Ensured the development of a target deployment process. Led the Capacity Optimization Project for the rail infrastructure in São Paulo, delivering a solution 80% cheaper than the previously mapped. In 2016, responsible for 13 strategic projects, its quality and successful completion. In addition, 18 strategic actions in several areas, including rail and road logistics costs, warehousing, internalization vs. managing 3rd party transportation services, MoUs for development of terminals and strategic partnerships. Knowledge transfer process focusing on design and operation of intermodal terminals and rail hubs, pricing, cost optimization and IT applied to intermodality. Eurogate group alone moved 14.6 million TEUs at 11 terminal locations. Owns a train operator in Germany and offers integrated intermodal products port-to-door.

Master thesis project on "The Development of a Robust Key Account Management Planning Process of its Oil & Gas Vertical: a case study at Kuehne + Nagel". Created a model for the assessment of the key account attractiveness within K+N, not only for the Oil & Gas vertical and further deployed to Western Europe region. Process mapping towards the identification of opportunities in implementing Shared Service Centers in regional and global scale for the Oil & Gas business.

Wolfsburg Area, Germany

Optimized the price calculation for exported products to Brazil by almost 9%, support operationalization for a new business model in Mexico, Pareto analysis for past sales from Germany to Brazil and business case suggestions for the operation, conceived an analysis of global portfolio potential in the Brazilian market detecting more than 20% sales potential in short-run, price and volume regression analysis for various products/car models, support of back-office activities regarding internationalization process of Volkswagen R and Volkswagen Accessories.

Built and led the global Gerdau benchmark of transportation costs for 5 years ($/mile), creating an organizational engagement environment up to 92% with excellent results in all the KPI´s, repeatedly through the years increasing operational effectiveness (historical record of lower loading time of a full truck load; historical record of zero loading mistakes in the picking process in 8 months; 14% increase in productivity, responsible for material storage and maintenance of inventory records ensuring 100% accuracy enhancing visibility and control of the supply chain. While leading my team, we reached the benchmark for service level in Brazil (97% of deliveries on-time), the lowest level of customer claims on a year basis (0,9/month) , zero Lost Time Injury accident, consistently delivering service level, leading and empowering national as well as regional projects in outbound transportation and logistics compliance of 1 million tons/year. Led all the Logistics infrastructure investments, budget for operations, P&L analysis and recovering actions and outbound transportation (11million US$/year). Participant of Gerdau programs such as Executive Training Program, Business System in Logistics and in Leadership Development. At Gerdau Cearense, was also a board member of the plant. Training and succession planning for all direct and indirect employees. Led and developed a team of 24 people. Before deciding for an international experience, choosen to lead and develop a team of ~45 people and a steel mill 4 times the size of Gerdau Cearense.

Organized and standardized the transportation sector, coordinating the 3PL´s from different modalities as well as the outbound exports in the Northeast region. Increased logistics responsiveness up to 50%, being for three years the global benchmark within the Gerdau Group in service level and freight cost ($/mile). Handling of customer complaints or non-conformance reports, using "Lean" tools to act in the root causes of the problems.Negotiations with 3PL´s for the best cost and service available for delivery.
