Reporting to the CEO of Intergis Brasil, responsible for the logistics of the largest exporter of Ceará state (> 50% of GDP export), managing the transport 2.9 million tons / year of Slabs. Management of a team of Managers, Coordinators, Supervisors and Analysts, totaling approximately 150 people, which third parties represented over 95% up to 2019. From 2020, managing directly a team of ~95 people. In 2022, kick-off of a new project of raw material transport in dump trucks, expanding businesses of Intergis in Brazil. Altogether there were +90 projects or initiatives delivered focused on strategy development and implementation, new business unit implementation, cost reduction, increase transportation efficiency, process improvement and safety. Two-digit increase in logistics cycle efficiency, two-digit growth in vehicle occupancy, and more opportunities mapped. Leadership and implementation of the standardization of activities according to ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
