Dan is currently working as a news photographer and editor for television broadcasts with Rochester's NBC affiliate News 10 WHEC. In the Spring of 2022, he earned a BA in Film & Cinematography from the University at Buffalo where he produced the short film titled 'A Subway Mystery' that was later featured in the student shorts category of the Buffalo International Film Festival. During his time in college, he took an interest in photo history. He began experimenting with Polaroid and 35mm photography, photographing friends and nature.His skills in videography are translated from his practice in photography which he began by contributing photos to his high school yearbook.When not looking through a viewfinder you can find him seated at his piano, learning a new song, or swimming laps across Lake Ontario.
