Sunpower Corp – Lead Construction Manager Santa Barbara, CA 2011- Present• Provided construction management support to large-scale commercial solar projects; assisted in the development, design, procurement, and construction activities of rooftop, carport, and ground mounted arrays.• Construction of a ground mounted 1MW Sunpower TO tracker solar array at public high school.• Construction of carport supporting a 695KWP Sunpower TO tracker solar array at public high school. Construction of a fixed tilt carport and roof mounted SunPower solar array supporting 760KWP at public high school.• Reviewed and selecting contractors, project budgeting, scheduling, and design criteria to support business development.• Monitored site, construction, and interconnection permits. Assessed and maintained project progress against baseline schedule. Reviewed project installations for compliance with QA standards. • Provided project reports as required assessing progress, scheduling, project budgets and variances. Coordinated and assisted in the resolution of design issues / project problems.• Coordinated final service acceptance inspections and the transition to project O&M.

Successfully completed a 10,000 square foot, 3 million dollar “design-build” Administration Building remodel and 2,000 square foot multi-purpose room remodel for high-end Mediterranean-style Retirement Community. Multi–purpose Room included a stage and professional sound and lighting equipment. Projects completed on time and on budget. Successfully managed projects with out-of-state teams comprised of Project Managers, Architects, and Interior Designers from demolition to Certificate of Occupancy.

Daily supervision for a 45 million dollar Mixed-Use Development consisting of 30 high-end, luxury town homes ranging in price from 1.2 – 3.5 million dollars (on top of a podium deck located above a 20,00 square foot parking garage and 10,000 square feet of commercial space). Commercial space included two restaurants and seven retail spaces. Worked with third party inspectors addressing liability concerns and completing online sign offs as records of good workmanship.
