- Lead Planner / Planning Manager leading the planning function of a £60million turnover fit out contractor. - 16 years’ experience in the construction industry, 13 years of which in planning and programming.- Skilled in the delivery of many high profile, technically challenging and varying projects throughout the UK, from £2million to £95million. - Practical experience in the development, management, training and mentoring of a planning team.- Understanding and knowledge of developing company wide protocols and processes to assist in the successful delivery of projects from a planning perspective.- Extensive experience working on distressed projects, ensuring that entitlement is maximised, developing recovery plans, and managing construction claims including adjudication.
