Delivering a high calibre of teaching and coaching across all ages. - Lead Coach of the U13 team- Planning, organising and delivering football based training sessions for Elite Level Youth players in line with the club's philosophy and curriculum for Academy players.- Managing the squad on match days, including leading the warm up where required, and leading with individual targets and team talks before, during and after the match.- Analysis of individual player performance (covering Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological performance) using the PMA.- Watch matches and clip specific individual and team aspects to provide relevant feedback in the form of presentations to the group and individuals where necessary.- Provide players and parents with a detailed player review and 1on1 feedback during player review nights every six weeks.

- Responsible for managing the Foundation Phase within the Academy.- Manage the Foundation Phase age group coaches and part time coaches to ensure effective delivery of the Foundation Phase coaching curriculum.- Planning and delivery of weekly sessions for U9-U11 age groups.- Planning and delivery of school release training sessions for selected U11 and U12 players.- Evaluate and feedback player performance in training and matches on a weekly basis, and produce detailed player reviews throughout the season using PMA.- Head Coach of U11 team. > Plan and deliver weekly training sessions in accordance with curriculum and club philosophy. > Lead U11 age group in matches against other Academy teams.
